Hat tip to Cox and Forkum for the cartoon. It seems the left believes they need to "reframe" the debate about Iran, because Iran NEEDS to have nukes, to protect itself from... guess who? There was a long essay floating around the pro-gun email lists a few years ago that this reminds me of.
It seems that some sheep got tired of being eaten by the wolves so they made claws and fangs for themselves.
They used them to drive away the next wolf attack. When they showed the other sheep how easy is was to arm themselves for self defense the other sheep became frightened of them and drove them out of the flock.
